What it is for
The Flex-Lifter lifts the belt from underneath, without gripping the edges or the cover, so it does not damage the belt. The scissor lift raises up to 1,800 kg on the M and L models or 2,725 kg on the XL; with the return lift bar it lifts return belts up to 680 kg.
It is designed to work with common underground idler and conveyor structure types and with the CEMA standard.

Easy to use
Operates with a combination wrench. Used carefully and within limits, a drill motor or impact wrench can be used.

Wide range of conveyors
M: 900–1,500 mm (36–60"). L: 1,200–1,800 mm (48–72"). XL: 1,800–2,400 mm (72–96"). Flat or troughed belts.

Wide double-rail base and high lifting capacities. Compatible with common underground idlers and structures and CEMA standard.

Easy to carry to site and place on the conveyor structure. A tow cart is available for transport.

Lifts the belt from underneath. It does not grip the belt edges or cover.

Adjustable extensions for troughed or flat top belts. Dust covers keep the mechanisms clean.
