Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2, 2026.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of new.svps.cl, a website operated by VPS SpA (“VPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing the website or submitting information through its forms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Purpose of the website

The website provides general information about VPS industrial products, rentals and services and allows visitors to send enquiries or request quotations. It is primarily intended for businesses, professionals and people acting in a commercial or industrial context.

2. Commercial information and availability

Descriptions, images, technical features, dimensions and other content are provided for reference and may change without notice. Availability, compatibility, service conditions, lead times, prices, taxes, transport and all other commercial terms are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement issued by VPS. Images may be illustrative.

3. Contact and quotation requests

Submitting a form, message or file does not constitute a purchase order, acceptance, reservation or binding contract, and does not require VPS to supply a product, item of equipment or service. A contractual relationship arises only when the parties expressly agree in writing, for example through an accepted quotation, accepted purchase order or contract.

Electronic communications and documents may be used in accordance with applicable Chilean law.

4. User responsibilities

When using the website, you agree to:

  • provide truthful, current and relevant information;
  • have authority to act on behalf of any company you identify;
  • have the right to share any text, image or document you upload;
  • avoid sending sensitive data, trade secrets or unnecessary information; and
  • take reasonable steps to ensure that uploaded files contain no malicious code.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; infringe third-party rights; disrupt its operation or security; bypass access controls or anti-spam measures; introduce viruses or other harmful code; engage in abusive automated data extraction; impersonate another person; or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or information.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, designs, software and other website content belong to VPS or are used with permission. Publication does not grant a licence or transfer any rights. You may view the content and retain reasonable copies to evaluate a potential business relationship with VPS. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, publication or exploitation requires the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder, subject to uses permitted by law.

7. Third-party links and services

The website may include links, maps, videos or other third-party services. VPS does not control their content, availability or practices. Access to those services is subject to their own terms and policies and does not imply endorsement by VPS.

8. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data and use of cookies are explained in our Privacy Policy. Do not send information through the forms unless it is necessary to handle your request.

9. Availability and security

VPS seeks to keep the website available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or complete immunity from incidents. We may suspend, restrict or modify the website for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VPS is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general or indicative website information, or for interruptions or indirect loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory rights available to a user.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, including, where relevant, Law No. 17,336 on intellectual property and Law No. 19,799 on electronic documents and electronic signatures. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, subject to any applicable mandatory rules or non-waivable rights.
