We carry out conveyor belt preparation and replacement for planned shutdowns and emergency work. With company-owned equipment and trained personnel, we organize each maneuver to help reduce downtime.

Preparation includes folding the belt on tables and handling rolls for installation of the replacement belt on site.

Depending on the equipment and operating conditions, the work may involve lifting, belt removal or replacement using belt winders. These stages are planned before the belt in operation is intervened.

In July 2024, VPS completed emergency preparation and replacement of the 571-metre CVB-001 ST 1250 belt.
